Checking out new stores leads to more new stores

Ben Sherman is about to open on 154 Newbury Street - about 3 stores over from Wash House. BTW, Wash House is open!! Sorry there weren't a lot of details, but I saw it in person and at least it's open.


The prices on Ben Sherman now are amazing. Sweaters for $19.99. When did this happen?

It's not too too surprising if you consider the fact that the store was supposed to open in late 2008 and now we're at the end of August 2009 and it has yet to sell anything. I'm going to take a wild guess and say that it was due to the slumping retail sales and lack of cash/credit flow.
