Is a 6 inch platform heel what a lady wears?

When I was a little girl I would have thought that a woman wearing heels that high was fun, daring, sexy, sultry, and easy.  For some reason a heel that high just turns up the sex factor.  Anyways, my mind has done a 180, because I love love love love LOVE extra love Christian Louboutin, it's just that the price tags are hard to digest.

For the sexy shoe lovers out there who appreciate the shape and art, and its flattery of human form..... I have two suggestions:

I can tell you from first hand experience that the DVs are ultra hot and I am able to walk quite well in them.  However, my tootsies hurt after just one loop around the mall and I was so glad to return to my desk.  If you live in the city, be sure to carry the gauze "dust" bag in your purse  with some flats.  I don't think that it's meant to be a dust bag.  I'm pretty sure it's so you can switch shoes as needed.
