Is this trashy?

So this is the "Trash" clutch by my fave, Marc Jacobs.  I haven't seen this one and my coworker actually found it on this European site, My Theresa.  (She's very on top of Louboutin shoes and MJ bags).  Anyways, there's an actual store based in Munich, but they ship their gorgeous goods worldwide. 

So why is this called Trash??  Does it make you think of a garbage can?

It is quite busy with the studs, but there's rhyme and reason to it.  I like it, don't know if I love it.  It's very very trendy right now - so agggresive it kind of reminds me of Balmain (yuck).  I have trouble paying more than $1,000 for a clutch though.  Maybe that's just old school thinking that a smaller bag should mean smaller dollars.  Anyways, it's a good $1,176 excluding shipping.
