I just love these because they're not too catty looking, got over-sized frames, and the trim on the top really adds something special and subtle. Most importantly they fit perfectly, unlike Chanel and Gucci eye wear. No uncomfortable pressure on my cheeks or nose.
I don't really know why I've been so obsessed with Chloe things lately because I never paid much attention to the brand before this year really. From what I hear it's quite different from previous year since they have a fairly new head of design, Hannah MacGibbon. She was appointed in March 2008, and I guess in 2009 she got settled in and made some big changes to the house. I love the natural and sporty feel of the clothes, dream about the Sally bag, and douse myself in the new perfume. I spotted some beautiful suede boots in the store and they were way way out of my price range. O well, something to strive for. I better work on picking up these glasses first.
I wish these babies were more photogenic. These pictures don't do it justice.
I also like the old Chloe 2145 glasses. Anything the Olsen's wear or make I LOVE.
If you were wondering if any Herve Leger even exists in Boston, well it does. Maybe Louis Boston, but that place is closed (relocating to the Seaport). My coworker figured out that it's at Intermix later on in the day. Maybe I should call and check first. They might say, "O we only carry that everywhere else except for Boston."
